Anthony M. D’Agostino, M.D., FACP is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BS in Biochemistry and a Graduate of the University of South Florida College of Medicine with an M.D. in 1992. He was a resident in Internal Medicine from 1992-1995. He served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at the James A. Haley VA in Tampa, Florida from 1995-96, and started his solo practice in Internal Medicine and Primary Care Medicine in his hometown of Naples, Florida in 1996. Since then, he has been in active practice, and now serves over 2,500 active patients His office is a throwback to the past and serves as a “Medical Home”.

Lisa has been managing our practice for over 25 years and keeps a pulse on every corner of the practice. She oversees all comings and goings with extreme care. She not only is a nurse with unparalleled experience, but our go to gal for IT, insurance, billing, ordering…she does it all! She knows each and every patient and it shows!
Angela is our newest member of our team, and she is always happy to answer any questions and to help our patients feel comfortable. You may reach her on the phone, which she spends much of her day answering your questions.

Michelle D’Agostino graduated from the Academy of Practical Homeopathy and is currently continuing her education as a Mastery student. Having been a nurse for over 30+ years, she has worked alongside her husband in his private Internal Medicine practice for many of those years. Previously taking time away from nursing to raise and home educate their four (now mostly grown young men), she has now entered a new journey into homeopathy. Her desire for true health and wellness has led her to the system of medicine that works with our body to stimulate natural healing. She offers virtual or in-person consultations to educate and assist you on your healing journey. Michelle works with clients utilizing a pathology-based form of homeopathy, namely the Banerji protocols and methods, and as taught by Joette Calabrese. Homeopathy has been used for centuries all over the world. She encourages you to see what it can do for you.
